Komli Media, Asia Pacific’s leading media technology platform, has expanded its leadership team with two new recruits. The company has hired Anjali Shrivastava as the VP & global head of Human Resources and Rajesh Ghonasgi as the chief financial officer. The hiring was done to strengthen Komli’s HR and Finance team to manage the company’s expansion in the region.

Shrivastava will be responsible for planning and driving Komli Media’s people- and culture-related initiatives globally, including recruiting, talent development and training. Ghonasgi will oversee all of Komli Media’s financial operations including corporate governance and mergers and acquisitions. He will also lead and expand the company’s engagement with the investor community.
Shrivastava has over eighteen years’ experience in HR and talent strategy, business planning, training and development. Shrivastava was the former country talent head at Ogilvy & Mather, where she successfully aligned talent and HR strategy with the core business objectives. ”I am excited to work at Komli. Ghonasgi joins Komli with over two decades of strong financial leadership experience with leading technology companies. Most recently, as CFO of Persistent Systems, he led the company through a successful IPO. Before that, he served as CFO of Hexaware Technologies. In 2011 and 2012, he was conferred “CFO100 Roll of Honor” by CFO India magazine. “Komli Media is at the forefront of bringing leading solutions to the digital marketplace. Both, Ghonasgi and Shrivastava join the Komli Media team at a when the company is continuing ti strengthen its leadership position.
